The Quark Matter
2008 Organizing Committee have selected specific hotels for your stay at Jaipur
during the conference at very special rates. The list of hotels with rates,
booking and other relevant information are given below. Please note the month of February
is a peak tourist season. The rooms will be confirmed on first come first
serve basis. Please send your request as soon as possible.

Please select the hotel of your choice, fill in
specific fields provided in the
Registration form and submit it along with your payment details. We will
charge you a minimum deposit of one night. On receipt of the same we
shall confirm the required accommodation. If the desired hotel is not
available an alternate hotel in the same category will be offered.
Payment can be forwarded by the payment methods
described in the Registration page.
Hotel Booking Fields are towards the end of the
Registration Form
Cancellation Policy:
45 days before QM2008 - Nil
44 to 30 days before QM2008 - 50% of 1 night deposit
Less than 30 days before QM2008 - 1 night retention
