On receipt of the same we shall confirm the required accommodation. If the desired hotel is not available an alternate hotel in the same category will be offered.

Payment can be forwarded by the payment methods described in the Registration page.

Cancellation Policy:
     45 days before QM2008   - Nil
     44 to 30 days before QM2008 - 50% of 1 night deposit
     Less than 30 days before QM2008 - 1 night retention
